tdf#152617 Fix color of controls in the Dialog Editor While editing dialogs in the Basic IDE the background of controls as labels, radio buttons and checkboxes is wrong. They're black in dark themes and white in light themes. The correct color should be FaceColor to make it have the same backround as the window.
