- improve Format - Bullets and Numbering and List Style
Format>Bullets and Numbering has a Numbering tab, while
with List Styles, it is a Numbering Style tab.
For Format>Bullets and Numbering
* added <h2> with Numbering
* added variable to include description
* modified description to refer to "numbering" instead
of "numbering style"
Renamed "Numbering Styles" to "List Styles"
Replaced German Ids
