tdf#63965 Hide one extra Rename Sheet command from Customize dialog

from sc/source/ui/view/tabvwshf.cxx:
                //  FID_TAB_MENU_RENAME - "rename" in menu
                //  FID_TAB_RENAME      - "name"-property for basic
FID_TAB_RENAME is not meant for the menu - it also just showed
the sheet name when added as .uno:Name
