Resolves: tdf#118161 use ScCellIterator::isEmpty() for COUNTA()

... instead of hasEmptyData() that considers inherited svEmptyCell
as well.

that started to include mpCurFormula->IsEmpty() in
ScCellIterator::isEmpty() which later was renamed to
ScCellIterator::hasEmptyData() and isEmpty() introduced for real
empty.
