all modifications in section flaeche2
- introduce module conditionality for all
- added Format - Page for Writer
- Added Format - Cells - Background for Calc (until better solution is available)
- module conditionality on View - Styles
- module conditionality for Format (Object, Textbox, Shape) in Writer, Calc, Impress
- change to <menuitem>
