tdf#155877 Fix broken links in Tools menu help pages in Draw
Added HID bookmarks to /text/shared/guide/redaction.xhp so that pressing F1 opens the correct help page for:
Tools > Redact > Rectangle
Tools > Redact > Freeform
Tools > Redact > Export Redacted PDF (White)
Tools > REdact > Export Redacted PDF (Black)
