tdf#102265 add Object and Shape submenu; embed in Format menu
add simpress/submenu_object_shape.xhp
( simpress/main_format.xhp )
* embed the new submenu into Format menu
- remove "Object and Shape" heading and embed
to "Position and Size" for that heading.
- remove "Text", "Area", "Line" controls because
they are all described now in the new submenu.
